Please e-mail us following details on arc.telediagnosis@gmail.com
:
a. File containing brief history (include covering letter if any), It should
include name, age/sex, chief complaints, any associated disease, any related
investigation reports and details of treatment received if any.
b. Attach images if any ( In DICOM / JPEG format)
(In case of large files please zip using winzip)
If we find the history sufficient and the image quality good enough to give
an opinion an order number will be provided to you and you can make a payment
online through our website. Your report will be sent by e-mail on confirmation
of the payment. |
